Tellner Jewelry is a family business. Every chain, bracelet, ring, pendant and pair of earrings is made by hand, to order, in the USA.

We work in sterling silver and 14k gold, and nothing is plated or filled. Each link is cut, closed and finished on the bench, then the piece is fitted with its clasp and polished before it goes out to you.

Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you order, your piece is made for you, in the metal and size you chose. If you have something in mind that we do not list, the custom form is the place to start.

Made to order

Every piece is made after you order it. We confirm your order, the metal, the size and the expected time by email before any work begins.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and read “from” until the metal and size are settled. The final price is confirmed with you before payment.

Metals

Sterling silver and 14k gold, solid throughout. Pieces are made for men, for women, or as neutral, exactly as listed, and are never resized between the two.

Custom work

Custom pieces are designed with you and made for you. Once you have approved the design and work has begun, a custom order is final.

Shipping

Shipping is free. Every order ships tracked and is insured by the carrier. Any duties or taxes on international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

Unworn stock pieces can come back within thirty days. A refund is the current value of the piece’s materials, less the labor of making it and less shipping: essentially what the material is worth, generally significantly less than the price paid. See Returns & refunds.

We keep as little as possible, and none of it is sold or shared.

What we collect

Your name and email when you write to us or send the custom form, and your address when an order ships. That is all.

How it is used

To answer you, to make and send your order, and, if you joined the list, to send one or two notes a month. You can leave the list at any time.

Your bag

What you put in your bag is remembered in your own browser, on your own device. It is not sent to us until you order.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no trackers.

Payments

When checkout opens, card details will be handled by the payment provider. We never see or store card numbers.

Your rights

Ask at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will.

Thirty days on unworn stock pieces, refunded at the value of the materials, less labor and shipping.

What can come back

Stock pieces, unworn and in the condition they arrived, within thirty days of delivery.

What cannot

Custom pieces, which are made for you, and any piece that has been worn, altered or damaged.

How to start

Write to us with your order and the piece. We reply with where to send it and how.

Refunds

A refund is not the full price paid. Every piece is made by hand to order. A returned piece is refunded as materials, minus labor, minus shipping: the current value of its metal and stones, less the labor of making it, less the cost of shipping. In practice you get back what the material is worth, which is generally significantly less than the retail price. We work out the figure when the piece is back and checked, tell you before anything is finalised, and pay it to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would rather a different size or metal, say so when you write and we will arrange it.

Something wrong?

If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us straight away and we will put it right at no cost to you.
